On Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 10:00AM in St. Paul Cathedral, Bishop David Zubik will ordain Deacon Daniel Roberts and Deacon Alec Scheuer to the priesthood. Let us pray for these men as they begin their priestly ministry. (to continue, click heading)

Our parish will take up the Peter’s Pence Collection, which supports the charitable works of the Holy Father around the world, the weekend of June 28/29, 2025. Your contribution helps the Pope provide relief to those suffering from war, oppression, and natural disasters. Please give as generously as your budget allows.

A Mass will be offered on Friday, July 4, 2025 at 9:00AM at the Church of St. Titus, Aliquippa, in thanksgiving and prayer for our nation and all who reside within it. May God bless us with wisdom and grace. (for details, click heading)

Please be assured that the situation concerning the air conditioning units at St. John the Baptist Church is being actively addressed to resolve it. The project to replace all three A/C units was awarded to Guy’s Mechanical in May. One unit has already been installed; the remaining two are scheduled to be completed sometime next week.

The next meeting of the SFC 50 Plus Group will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at noon in Fr. O’Connell Hall. We look forward to welcoming everyone back after our brief break during Vacation Bible School. Come and enjoy an afternoon of fellowship, refreshments, and good conversation. Do you feel called to serve our parish and the Church as an Extraordinary Minister of the Holy Communion? Our parish is in need of lay ministers to bring Communion to the homebound; and when needed, assist with distributing the Holy Eucharist at Mass. (for information, click heading)

The Knights of Columbus will be collecting the weekend of June 28/29, 2025 at Our Lady of Fatima Church. Your support of the special people at McGuire Memorial Home and the St. Anthony School is appreciated by many.

The meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 26, 2025 of the SFC 50 Plus is cancelled due to Vacation Bible School.

The Holy Land Shepherds of The Holy Land Shop will be visiting St. Frances Cabrini Church location the weekend of June 14/15, 2025. Their mission is to support and strengthen the presence of Christianity in the Holy Land by selling beautiful olive wood carvings. (for details, click heading)

The Knights of Columbus #5825 will hold a free Pancake & Sausage Breakfast at the parish's St. Frances Cabrini Church location in Fr. O'Connell Hall on Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 8:30AM to 11:00AM. Any and all donations will go to K of C charities. Everyone is welcome to attend.
