Dear Parent/Guardian,
The Catholic Church recognizes that parents/guardians, are the first and foremost catechists of their children. As children enter into a program of formal catechetical instruction, parents/guardians must continue to maintain their responsibility by:- Supporting the goals and objectives of the program
- Participating and committing to the growth of their children in the knowledge of the Faith
- Adhering to the attendance policy documented in the Parent Handbook for the Faith Formation Program
We hope to assist in nurturing the Catholic faith in the lives of your child(ren).
Our Faith Formation Office is open from August thru June, Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Our parish offers a choice of three sessions for grades Kindergarten through Eighth from September to May for the upcoming 2025-26 catechetical school year:- Session A – Sundays, 10 AM to 11:15 AM at St. John the Baptist
- Session B – Sundays, 9:35 AM to 10:50 AM at St. Frances Cabrini
- Session C – Mondays, 6 PM to 7:15 PM at St. Frances Cabrini

The fee for the 2025-26 Faith Formation Program is as follows:
- One child is $45
- Two children are $40 each
- Three children or more are $35 each

sacraments of Initiation for older children
If you have a child who is in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade who has not received the Sacrament of Baptism, or has not prepared for the Sacrament of Reconciliation or First Holy Communion, please contact the Faith Formation Office.

Faith Formation Volunteers
