Passion of John the Baptist Vespers

On Thursday, August 28, 2025 in the Church of Saint John the Baptist (1409 Pennsylvania Ave., Monaca), Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will begin at 5:00PM followed by Solemn Vespers and Benediction at 6:00PM in honor of the Memorial of the Passion of Saint John the Baptist.

This evening prayer service consists of hymns, psalms, scripture, and intercessions that belong to the Liturgy of the Hours or Divine Office. In the recitation of Evening Prayer, we give thanks for the day and offer praise to God. All are invited to attend and participate in this special time of prayer.
