The deck at the Parish Office/Rectory at St. Frances Cabrini is in need of some much needed tender loving care. Fortunately for us, Jack Valvo was looking for an Eagle Scout Project! Jack, a senior at Hopewell High School and a member of Boy Scout Troop 435, attends Our Lady of Fatima with his family. Jack has taken on the challenge of refurbishing and repainting the deck, working under the guidance of his grandfather, Steve Kozak, along with the leadership team of Troop 435. As part of the requirements for his Eagle Scout rank, Jack must raise funds to cover the cost of supplies.
To support his project, Jack and a few of his fellow scouts will be at the doors of St. Frances Cabrini Church the weekends of July 26/27 and August 2/3 collecting donations to help him reach his fundraising goal. If you would like to contribute, donations can also be placed in an envelope marked “Eagle Scout Project” and dropped in the collection basket. We will make sure your gift is forwarded to Jack.
Thank you in advance for supporting this dedicated young man as he works toward earning his Eagle Scout Badge by giving back to our parish community!
