MQS Annual Appeal Reminder

Dear Mary, Queen of Saints Parishioners: As you are aware, the Parish Appeal Program benefits a variety of programs in the Diocese such as St. Paul Seminary for our future priests, continuing education for our priests, staff development training (we just held our first of three sessions here at our parish this past week, as pictured below), Catholic education and evangelization, outreach to college students and essential administrative services for the Diocese, parishes and schools, such as accounting, payroll/insurance, legal and insurance offices.

As part of the Parish Appeal all parishes in the Diocese contribute a monthly management fee to the diocese based on various income factors. As of this past week our collection for this year is $149,884 with our goal set at $254,988 leaving us a shortage of $105,104. If we are unable to meet our goal, any shortfall will come out of our general fund, leaving us short for our day to day operations budget. 

We thank every parish family who has contributed to our 2025 Parish Appeal to this point but are asking those who have not made a pledge or completed their pledge to prayerfully consider doing so. The 2025 Parish Appeal will end on February 8, 2026.
