Baptism Preparation Class

To begin the task of bringing up a child in the Catholic Church, first-time parents who wish to present a child for Baptism are required to take a Baptism Preparation Class. It is a delight to share with you the rich depth and beauty of what it means to be a Catholic parent. This informal discussion educates attendees on the significance of the Sacrament of Baptism and gives insight and encouragement regarding what parents (and godparents) will promise to do.

Class will be held at St. Frances Cabrini Church, O'Connell Hall, beginning at 6:30 PM, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. There will be a dinner served at 6 PM.

Godparents are also welcome and encouraged to participate. To help attendees and the presenter(s) to focus on the subject matter, it is highly recommended that those who already have children find child care for the class time at which you will be attending.
