Easter 2025
4/20/25
Dear Parish Family,
With hearts full of joy, we celebrate the glorious Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Easter is the radiant center of our faith, the moment when light broke through the darkness, and life triumphed over death.
The empty tomb is not just a sign of something that happened long ago—it is a promise. A promise that sin and death do not have the final word. A promise that in Christ, all things are made new. A promise that hope will always rise.
After the prayerful journey of Lent and the sacred silence of Holy Saturday, Easter arrives as a powerful reminder of God's unwavering love for each one of us. In His Resurrection, we find our peace, our strength, and our reason to rejoice.
I pray that the joy of this holy season fills your hearts and homes. May the Risen Christ bless you abundantly—with renewed faith, lasting hope, and deep, abiding peace.
Wishing you and your loved ones a most blessed Easter
In the Risen Lord,
Father Canice McMullen, OSB
Pastor of Mary, Queen of Saints Parish
