The Knights of Columbus will hold a pancake breakfast on Sunday, November 24, 2019 in Msgr. Farri Hall from 8:00AM until 12Noon. Stop by and enjoy breakfast. Donations will be accepted. Proceeds benefit McGuire Memorial Home or St. Anthony School.

All parishioners in our MACH1 Parish Grouping are again asked to consider sending Christmas cards this year via Operation Christmas Cards 4 Troops Overseas to soldiers who will not be home to celebrate the Christmas season with family and friends. (For details, click heading)

St John the Baptist Christian Mothers will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 7:00PM in Msgr. Farri Hall.  All women are invited to join us.  A program and business meeting will be presented.  Light refreshments will be served.  Annual dues of $5 may be paid at the meeting.  Please bring a food item for the St. Vincent DePaul Society Food Pantry.  Our Lady of Sorrows, Patroness of Christian Mothers, pray for all.​​​​​​​

St. John the Baptist Parish Pastoral Center will be closed Monday, November 11, 2019 in observance of Veterans Day.  The offices will re-open on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 9:00AM.  May God bless the United States of America and all those who have served! ​​​​​​​

It’s time to put on your aprons and start baking! St. John the Baptist Christian Mothers will hold their annual Thanksgiving Harvest Bake Sale on Sunday, November 24, 2019 in Monsignor Farri Hall.  The sale will start after 8:00AM Mass and continue until sold out. If you are willing to bake and donate, please bring your baked goods to Monsignor Farri Hall on Saturday, November 23, 2019 between 12noon and 5:00PM, or call Chris Starcher at 724.728.5070 to make arrangements for pick up or drop off. You can also drop off baked goods on Sunday morning, November 24th.

Bible Study will meet on November 13, 2019 at 9:30AM in the Faith Formation Room located in St. John the Baptist Pastoral Center, 1501 Virginia Avenue, Monaca.  We will watch a DVD entitled "Paul: The Apostle".  Come enjoy a coffee and donut and join in the discussion of our Faith.

Members of the parish Holy Name Society (HNS) will lead all gathered in praying the Scriptural Rosary at 7:30AM prior to the 8:00AM Mass at St. John the Baptist Church on Sunday, November 10, 2019.  A HNS Meeting and continental breakfast will follow.  Please join us; everyone is welcome.
